Solar Pursuit

Mechanised frame intended to receive 2 or 4 m² of thermal sensors for heating systems,
hot water heaters, and/or to receive photovoltaic sensors either as backup to existing systems,
or for various specific uses for example where other sources of energy are impracticable or unavailable.

Temperature observed within a few minutes le 22 November, 2007 in ‘normal function’ mode.
A few seconds later,
the security function kicked in and the solar panel returned to its starting position.

The advantage of whatever solar panel is its efficiency of heat output.
In order to optimise this precious output, the angle of incidence must be the smallest possible,
in order to obtain the best transmission factor of direct solar radiation.
